Well done Sophie Nix!
26/10/22
Sophie is now playing snooker on the world stage.
Over the weekend, Sophie took part in both the Scottish Women’s Open Snooker tournament and the Under 21 event both held at the Q Club in Glasgow. Out of the 9 matches she played, she won 5 of them! And got to the final of the U21 event. She also took a frame off world number six Emma Parker! Sophie is flying the flag not only for Scotland but also for women’s snooker!
I am sure that we will all support Sophie on her upward curve and are very lucky to have her playing in our own little provincial league.
